Kroger Rewards Program

The Witham Foundation is now enrolled in the Kroger Community Rewards Program! It is now easier than ever to give to the Foundation each and everytime you shop at Kroger. 

Simply: 

1. Click here
2. Log into your Kroger account OR create a digital account.
3. Link your Kroger Card to the Witham Health Services Foundation by searching our name or by entering RB426 and click enroll. 
4. Swipe your Kroger card each time you shop and Kroger donates back a portion of those sales to the Foundation! 

If you do not have a Kroger card you can pick one up at any Kroger service desk. If you would like more information, please call the Foundation Office at 765-485-8112.
