Our mission is to improve health through genuine care and unwavering support
Witham is an independent county health system established in 1915 through a monetary gift from Flavius J. Witham.
Witham Health Services is proud to be a part of the growth and vitality throughout Boone County. Every day, the accomplished and experienced staff, compassionate nurses and team of dedicated professionals, combined with our state-of-the-art-technology, bring exceptional health resources to patients and their families - all close to home.
Witham’s main campus in Lebanon, Indiana, includes a 60-bed acute care facility, emergency room, imaging, laboratory, primary care, and specialty physician practices. Lebanon is located 30 minutes northwest of Indianapolis on I-65. Witham’s clinics are located in Crawfordsville, Frankfort, Jamestown, Thorntown, and Zionsville, Indiana.
Witham also operates a freestanding ER in Whitestown, Indiana, at Anson, fully equipped with walk-in and ambulance entrances, trauma capabilities, triage exam and observation rooms. This facility is open and fully staffed 24/7. It also includes a full array of radiology and laboratory services, as well as Pediatric and Family Practice physician offices along with a Convenient Care Office and Witham’s Breast Care Center.
Our desire is to provide exceptional and easy experiences to all we serve and improve health through genuine care and unwavering support.
