Please note that we have changed statement payment processing vendors as of December 17, 2024.

Payment by Phone
You can always call our customer service team regardless of which statement you’ve received, and they will happily help you process your payment. Our customer service representatives are available to accept payments via credit card during the following hours:

Payment by Mail
You can also send a check payment through the mail. Please include the statement voucher from your billing statement.
Several forms of payment are accepted
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Preferred: Credit Cards (Discover, MasterCard, Visa or American Express) and Checks
- Additional Options: Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, or Cash (cash payments must be made in person; please do not mail cash).

- Payment Plans: If you cannot pay your bill in full, we offer flexible payment plan options.
- Financial Assistance: You may qualify for our Financial Assistance Program. To apply, please complete the Financial Assistance Application.
- Spanish Application: Our Financial Assistance Application is also available in Spanish.
Our billing team consists of Certified Patient Account Technicians through the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management, ensuring professional and knowledgeable support.
