Due to an increasing number of cases of respiratory pathogens in our community, guests experiencing fever, cough, headache, muscle and joint pain, sore throat or runny nose will not be allowed to visit inpatient units. Exemptions may be considered for end of life or for special considerations.

Sports Physicals

IHSAA requires all student athletes to have a physical April 1 or after for the 2021-22 school year. Please contact your pediatrician, primary care physician or sports medicine physician now to schedule a sports physical or well visit as appointment slots will fill quickly. Please bring a copy of the IHSAA form to the visit and make sure the first page is completed for the physician to review during the visit.
