Get to Know Rebecca Bradley

Rebecca (Becky) Bradley, MSN, RN – Clinical Director Emergency Services


Becky joined Witham Health Services in 2006. She serves as Director of the Emergency Room at both the Lebanon Main Campus ER location and the Whitestown at Anson ER location. Becky earned her ASN in 2005. Her BSN and MSN came later while working for Witham with the assistance of the Foundation. She is part of the leadership for the Patient Experience Team. Along with the patient experience, Becky is highly passionate about the employee experience, growing our people, and ensuring that our culture continues to bring What Matters Most to the forefront of our care.

1. Are you married? Children? Names?
   
   
   Avery-9 and Rilynn-6
2. What is your favorite vacation place?
   
   
   Haven’t found it yet—I know it is not Disney.
3. Do you like to dance?
   
   
   Dance parties in the living room with my girls all the time!
4. What is your favorite family tradition?
   
   
   Christmas—officially kicks off with the annual Gift & Hobby Show with all of the females in my family. Then we do everything: decorating, cookies, gingerbread houses, music, movies, shopping, trips to see lights, etc.
5. Who is your hero?
   
   
   I don’t have a hero, but there are many I look up to for personal growth and/or advice.

1. My mom—advice on being a mom and how to be a normal human with feelings
2. My sister—advice for clothing, makeup, boys, and girl stuff in general
3. Heniff—advice on the ED, leadership, and sometimes life

6. What is your biggest fear?
   
   
   Failing myself
7. What really makes you angry?
   
   
   Disrespect to those that can’t quite stand up for themselves or feel like they need to take it because it’s their job. Come get me, I’ll take care of it ;)
8. What motivates you to work hard?
   
   
   Knowing the potential and worth of those that my actions have the possibility of influencing.
9. What is your favorite book? Type?

Predictable romance novels or improvement books—I just started Shepherding a Child’s Heart –Review to come…..

10. What is your favorite board game?
    
    
    Monopoly—the original, not the newer fancy versions
11. What are your hobbies?
    
    
    Reading, organizing/cleaning, and decorating. Can online shopping be considered a hobby? I also like walk my dog.
12. List 2 pet peeves.
    
    
    Sporadic shopping carts not in their respective corrals in parking lots and people chewing with their mouth open
13. Do you have pets? If so what are they and their names?
    
    
    Magical Mavis May (group effort to name her)—1.5 year old weimaraner
14. How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?
    
    
    20 minutes
