Better Sleep Starts with Expert Care

Getting a good night’s sleep is essential to your overall health, energy, and quality of life. At our Sleep Center, we specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of sleep disorders—from sleep apnea and insomnia to restless legs syndrome and more. Our experienced team uses advanced technology and personalized care plans to uncover the root of your sleep issues and help you rest easier. Whether you’re struggling to fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake feeling refreshed, we’re here to help you get back to better sleep—and better days.

Sleep studies performed at the Witham Sleep Lab include:

An overnight sleep study that monitors your breathing, heart rate, brain activity, and movement while you sleep to determine if you have conditions like sleep apnea.

An overnight study that helps determine the right level of air pressure needed from a CPAP or BiPAP machine to keep your airway open and treat sleep apnea effectively.

A daytime test that measures how quickly you fall asleep in a quiet environment to assess the presence and severity of excessive daytime sleepiness and how it may impact daily activities like driving.

A daytime test that evaluates your ability to stay awake in a calm setting, often used for individuals in safety-sensitive jobs, such as transportation, to help determine fitness for duty.

A convenient sleep test you complete in your own home using a small, wearable wireless device placed on your forehead. You’ll visit the hospital to be fitted for the device, wear it for one to three nights to record your sleep data, and then return it the next day so a sleep specialist can review your results.
