Witham Health Services has an amazing wellness team that takes great care of our employees so they can take great care of our patients. Witham Health Services was named the number one healthiest employer at an event hosted by First Person Advisors, NFP and Springbuk. By improving the health and equity in our community Boone County is now ranked #3 in Indiana health rankings.

The Healthiest Employer award has been given out since 2009 and has expanded nationally with more than 10,000 employers participating across the country, representing more than 60 million employee lives.

Witham was judged on 6 categories including leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, reporting and analytics.

The Wellness Center located at our main hospital campus in Lebanon, offers our employees educational programs, exercise classes, cooking classes, health screenings and other health tips. Many of these same programs and classes are also offered to the community. Witham is a great partner in community events and health initiatives throughout Boone County. Our Wellness team promotes healthy lifestyles and activities in our schools and businesses. Throughout Indiana health factors differ and communities that are healthier thrive.
