Witham Health Services Welcomes Dan and Lily to the Witham Rehabilitation Team in Frankfort!

 

Witham Health Services is excited to expand rehab services in Frankfort and we’d like to thank you for continuing to entrust Witham with your care and treatment. We take immense pride in providing highly specialized, skilled, individualized, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation care to the residents of Boone County and the surround communities.

Witham is adding two new clinicians for physical therapy at our Frankfort clinic. We would like to introduce Dan DeCraene, PT and Lily Del Toro, PTA. While these experienced therapists are not new to the Frankfort area, they are new to the Witham Rehabilitation Team

 

 

Dan graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and later graduated from the Arizona School of Health Sciences with his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. He has been a physical therapist for 26 years, 19 of those years with Tx:Team in Frankfort, Indiana. Dan has a vast experience in the areas of outpatient orthopaedics, manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ treatment, sports rehabilitation, and neurological diagnoses.

 

 

 

Lily graduated from the University of Indianapolis with an Associates of Science Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). She also received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis. She has been a PTA for 3 years and has worked in the inpatient, outpatient, and NICU settings with a concentration in treating orthopaedic injuries. Lily is a bilingual therapist who speaks both English and Spanish.

Dan and Lily understand the value of a team-based approach to help their patients achieve their goals, live independently, return to work, and enjoy sports and everyday functional activities.

We like to laugh and have fun, and our patients pick up on that. It helps to keep things relaxed and promotes healing.” said Dan DeCraene.
