Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact boxing program for people with Parkinson's Disease. The mission of Rock Steady Boxing is to maximize the mental, emotional and physical potential of people with Parkinson's. It may sound surprising, but this non-contact boxing inspired fitness routine is dramatically improving the ability of people with Parkinson's. The program involves regular exercises such as stretching, bicycling, running, jump-roping, push-ups, balancing and lots of non-contact boxing, led by experienced trainers/coaches.
