Judith K. Psikula Medical Scholarship

The Witham Health Services Judith K. Psikula Medical Scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from Lebanon High School and Western Boone Jr.-Sr. High School who will be pursuing a degree in the health care field. This medical scholarship is endowed by Witham Health Services to honor Judy Psikula, who as a former member of the Witham Board of Trustees, spent 16 years ensuring local residents had access to the best health care services. The scholarship is a one-time award in the amount of $1,000. Applications can be picked up at the Lebanon High School and Western Boone High School guidance office from February 2018 - March 2018. Dr. Don Boyer Medical Scholarship

Witham Health Services is honored to award a scholarship in memory of Dr. Don Boyer. Dr. Boyer was a General Surgeon at Witham Health Services for many years and also sat on the Witham Health Services Board of Trustees. This scholarship will be awarded to one individual who has been accepted or enrolled into an accredited medical school in the United States for a full course of study leading to the degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy. The Dr. Don Boyer Medical Scholarship is an award in the amount of $10,000 that is renewable annually for four years.

Dr. John Horvath Medical Scholarship

Witham Health Services is honored to award a scholarship in memory of Dr. John Horvath. Dr. Horvath was an Oncologist and the Chief Medical Officer at Witham Health Services for several years. This scholarship will be awarded to one individual who has been accepted or enrolled into an accredited medical school in the United States for a full course of study leading to the degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy. The Dr. John Horvath Medical Scholarship is an award in the amount of $10,000 that is renewable annually for four years. Applications will be accepted beginning 2021.
