  • Act as the principal agent, as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, through which charitable contributions are made to benefit Witham Health Services;
  • Function in concert with Witham Health Services in achieving the hospital's mission to improve health through excellence and personalized care;
  • Serve as ambassadors in the community for Witham Health Services; and
  • Expand and offer creative giving opportunities that will successfully match donor interest with healthcare needs.

On April 12, 2018 The Witham Health Services Foundation received a donation of $9,084 from the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2062 to support Cardiac Rehabilitation at Witham Health Services. To date, the Eagles has donated more than $33,900 to the Foundation from their annual Heart Fundraiser held annually in February. "The donations we have received from the Eagles have been beneficial in supporting Cardiac Rehab services at Witham, including purchasing new equipment for our patients, we cannot thank the Eagles enough and we are looking forward to next year," said Annette Preston, Director or the Witham Health Services Foundation.

Dr. Don Boyer Medical Scholarship

We would like to congratulate Ashley Fisher for being the 2017 recipient of the Dr. Don Boyer Medical Scholarship. This is a $10,000 per year scholarship that is renewable for up to four years. Ahsley is a graduate of Lebanon Community High School and she is currently attending Marian University's School of Osteopathic Medicine. She and her husband are newlyweds and just bought their first home here in Lebanon. Congratulations, Ashley and good luck!
