Witham offers comprehensive, state-of-the-art treatment to both inpatients and outpatients that includes:

• Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation
• Occupational therapy
• Physical therapy
• Speech language pathology
• Audiology

Treatment plans are tailored to the individual goals established with your input. In addition to inpatient and outpatient services, we provide home visits for homebound individuals when referred by home health agencies and community educations and screenings.

Services are available from all the above disciplines at the Witham facilities in Lebanon. Outpatient services for physical therapy are offered at the Zionsville location. Audiology services are available at Lebanon, Zionsville and West Indianapolis locations.
