- You can provide now for a future gift to the Witham Health Services Foundation by naming us owner and beneficiary of a policy insuring your life.
- You make annual gifts to the Witham Health Services Foundation in the amount of our premium payments.
- When the policy matures the proceeds are paid to the Witham Health Services Foundation, and we apply them to programs and services, or to a specific need you have designated.
